Gas Management System is a customer portal system which automates the handling of customer nomination and billing. Various modules are in place to support the submission and validation of customer nominations according to the Singapore gas market rules. Business processes are captured and automated in the system. The integrated billing modules subsequently automate the billing process based on the customer nominations.
